Blue Pearl Shrimp (12 Count)
Neocaridina cf. zhangjiajiensis var. blue
Blue Pearl shrimp are an unusual addition to any tank. They are a translucent icy blue color, revealing the shapes and colors of their insides. Mature adults will sometimes have bands of red on their tails. This color variation was originally developed in Germany in 2006 by Ulf Gottschalk.
Like our other Neocaridina shrimp, they are housed with almond leaves, sponge filter, and a fine substrate. This species is very beginner friendly and easy to breed.
