After an issue with the order, the seller immediately corrected it and ALL of the fish are beautiful and very happy in their new homes! Arrived well packaged and really good sized for mostly nano fish! I would definitely buy from this seller again!

Packaged very well, healthy, happy fishes! 1 DOA out of the 12 fishes I ordered which is not a big deal because stuff happens during shipping and that is out of the seller's control.   • Comment: The 2/4 rams that I received were much larger than i expected, which made me think the fish were older. A few days later the 2 larger ones passed. I should’ve checked with the age & size prior to purchasing. But all the other fish are great! They came well packaged. Would buy again from this seller

  • Comment: I ordered this pair late on a Saturday night and they were shipped the following Monday and I got them on Tuesday. They were packed very nicely and with a heat pack (it is getting cold here). They arrived in great shape and are quite colorful! Great service, thanks. The video is of (I think) the male on the next day. The female is hiding but I did see her. beautiful fish. Again, much thanks. I would (and probably will) buy from here again.

  • Comment: If i could leave 10 stars i would. not only do the fish look amazing, but the packaging is genius here's why: I had some difficulty with getting home on time for my fish arrival, and stressing all day knowing those little fish don't do well in shipments. Well, when I got home and unpacked the boxes, i realized that yellow "sponge" in the bag was POLY FILTER!! (a color-changing chemical filter pad for those of you who don't know.). Yellow indicates that it was ABSORBING ammonia. Which means that even if the delivery system fails, your fish will have a much higher success rate with JDAquatics than any other seller, hands down!

  • Comment: TOP TOP SELLER... If your looking for a Top grade apistogramma, look no further. The packaging was top notch, everyone survived and bagged perfectly. I took video for unboxing for proof of DOA but didn't need it. Wish i was able to make a video of the beautiful fish now but they are hiding. I will most definitely make a video on these apistos. The blue flames are GORGEOUS. Keep up the great work, I will buy from him again.

I ordered 6 baby lemon long fin blue eye plecos and they arrived healthy and beautiful except only one didn’t make it through the shipping but JD Aquatics was very prompt and responsive to me and issued a refund for the one right away. I’m going to rate them 5 stars as the plecos are stunning and healthy and for their outstanding customer service. I received emails right away and much appreciated. I recommend to buyers and thank you JD Aquatics!

  • Comment: Arrived yesterday each fish in its own double bag. Shipped with heater packs which where still very warm. In a styrofoam type cooler box. Excellent packaging with care taken. The male's colored up within at least four to six hours and look very exceptional the next morning one female of a good size the other one female little bit smaller than other but doing well. It's been about 20 hours and no clinch fins on the males but slightly clenched on the females but are opening up to less stress and looking good. I want to thank JD aquatics for doing a little extra thank you very much. appreciate it
