TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: (I) All sales are final. No returns accepted. No refunds, either on fish value or on any surcharges, shipping costs or expenses. We are not responsible for carrier delays; mistakes; mishandling and/or the carrier losing or misplacing your package: we are not liable for fish deaths or any other damages suffered or caused in any of the previous cases. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) is only applicable if: (1) the fish were shipped Overnight or 2nd Day; (2) the parcel was timely delivered; (3) the box and its contents were not damaged in transit; (4) the fish were dead on arrival (DOA) –and (5) buyer emails seller within 30 minutes of delivery: i.- a clear video showing all sides of the box and each unopened bag containing dead fish; ii.- clear pictures of all dead fish placed together over a white surface with their respective tails cut-off. LAG consists at seller’s sole choice on either refunding buyer for the value of the fish or replacing the DOA fish. Replacement fish carry no LAG and buyer will pay for shipping and all other applicable expenses. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason or for no reason and at any time of our choosing and to issue the corresponding refund in such case. Buyer is solely responsible for abiding all laws regarding animal purchase, importation, transportation and possession, as well as for observing all laws in any manner concerning to this transaction, as required by the federal law and / or by the laws of the destination state. Therefore, buyer must obtain and hold all necessary permits and fulfill all legal conditions prior to completing this transaction. (II) SHIPPING: Shipment date will be agreed upon with customer: we will try to accommodate your requests in as much as reasonably possible. We may choose a different date for shipping if weather conditions are not safe for the fish. Shipping opportunity is ultimately at seller’s choice, but with proper coordination with buyer. SHIPPING SERVICE: we will quote you for several options for you to choose from, before you place your order. PAYMENT - we accept PayPal (preferably) and Stripe (if there’s no other option). This transaction will be deemed as complete and we in the obligation of sending the fish to you, only after full payment has been carried out. Please know that we will only ship to the registered address at PayPal or Stripe as indicated in their payment notice to us. Make necessary changes to your address BEFORE performing payment. (III) We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any of our fish to anyone for any reason or for no reason and at any time of our choosing.
