At Fancy Fins our number one priority is our customers. We guarantee that your fish will arrive healthy and safe. Fancy Fins is a small business out of Northern Illinois that started as a hobby. We have now upgraded to selling carefully selected and homebred fish. Fish from our store have either been bred by us or have been in our care for over two weeks. Fish we have not bred ourselves have been quarantined, medicated and carefully looked after for the safety of our customers.

Shipping information: Fancy Fins provides the choice of overnight or 2-day shipping. Our fish arrive in breather bags surrounded by 1/2 inch insulation, a 72hr heat pack and a completely sealed box.

Policy:

DOA Policy- We guarantee safe arrival for all of our fish. In case of death of any fish we have a full refund policy. With that being said we have a one hour grace period for fish left outside. Within that hour we require a clear picture of deceased fish in its unopened bag. If picture is not taken within one hour of delivery, original packaging is open, cut or damaged, or picture is not 100% visible, it will violate our DOA policy completely. Fancy Fins is not responsible for Delayed/Lost packages caused by carrier.
