By paying this invoice you agree to the following purchase agreements / Return Policy.

I. [Axolotl Aquatics] will not be held responsible for deaths of fish we sale resulting from improper tank/water/filtration setups - upkeep - maintenance - tank mates.

II. You [The buyer] agree that prior to this axolotl purchase the intended tank to be used for this fish has properly been cycled an safe. It must also meet all requirements for axolotls.

III. You [The buyer] agree that no refund will be made for this LIVE fish. We will offer a one time replacement if the animal dies during lost/damaged shipping errors only provided buyer pays shipping. NOTE We must be notified of death before opening shipping bag an may request proof within 1 hour of confirmed arrival time provided by the shipping company.
