Ambist Aquatics is located on the coast in Oregon state. Our goal is to ensure our customers receive healthy and happy live stock. We guarantee live arrival on all purchases.

We quarantine and preventative medicate all fish before they're available for sale.

We line our boxes with styrofoam liners, pack with pure oxygen and use heat packs when needed.

Policy:

We ship in the afternoons on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed late Wednesday-Sunday will ship Monday.

We almost exclusively use USPS to ship. We charge a flat rate $14(Winter pricing) for USPS Priority Mail or $50 for USPS Express. Charges include styrofoam liner, pure oxygen and heat packs when needed.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We do our best to get your fish to you alive, in the unfortunate event of a dead on arrival- Please within 2 hours of the USPS confirmed delivery time send us a photo of the dead fish in the unopened bag.

We will either refund the cost of the fish and a portion of the shipping or we will replace the fish at our expense. Extra bonus fish are not covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee. We don't cover fish past arrival. NO PICTURES NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

DOA Conditions:

Your order is guaranteed to arrive alive under the following conditions.

1. The order was received on the first delivery attempt.

2. Your temperatures are between 40°F-90°F, unless picked up at the delivery carriers office.

3. You file your claim within TWO hours of carrier posted delivery time.

4. Bags that fish are packed in must be unopened.
