As a full-time teacher, I love getting home from a hectic day and relaxing in my fish room. I want to spread this hobby to everyone looking to relax.

Policy:

Packaging and shipping:

I ship on Monday of every week. I do so to try to prevent any fish from being stuck in the post office over the weekend. If you order on Monday, I will try to ship that day, but your order might not ship until the following Monday if I have already started processing orders.

Fish are fasted for at least 24 hours before being shipped to minimize waste during shipping. They will also be shipped with polyfilter to help absorb ammonia that might develop during shipping. Shipping will only be to the contiguous 48 states.

Refund policy

Since we are selling live plants and animals, we do not accept returns. However, in the unlikely event that something arrives dead, please take a clear picture of the dead fish inside an unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery.

Only the cost of the fish can be reimbursed (Not shipping). I can send a replacement fish if one dies during shipping, but the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs.
