Comment: I just got off the phone with Sherry who has now lied to me more than once!! I just got sent 6 males dumbo ears (maybe dumbo) I ordered 6 females mosaics ! This women has lied about shipping I have been very patient. They made me rummage through trash pull my aquarium completly apart . And Sherrys husband got on the phone briefly to tell me off nice! YOU DONT WANT OTHER CUSTOMERS TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE > @ 2 weeks 2 get here and order completly screwed up and rude 2 boot contacted Jonathon from get gills told me he does not get invoved in disputes!! I thought I was buying strait through get gills . DONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY LIKE I HAVE !!

Seller Reply: You just told me in an email that you received 6 large females and another order, WELL you drunk those 6 large females you got are ours and we don't sell MOSAICS fish !!!! Your order did take 2 weeks to get to you! You ordered on the 27th and your Large females were shipped on the 2nd of November! So please NO ONE take no orders from this person she has been leaving nasty messages and she can't send pictures or prove that she is right. She is raising her granddaughter GOD help that girl!!!

Comment: Even though USPS misplaced one of my packages and I didn't receive it until 2 days later, all the fish were alive and healthy. Tankful Guppy Farm was very quick (about 5 minutes) to respond with my concern about only receiving part of the order and reassured me that it would be taken care of in the event that they didn't arrive or arrived dead. Only regrets I have would be not using them sooner and I probably should have bought some guppy grass. Definitely will buy from again. Thanks :)

Comment: All except for one of the guppies arrived healthy with one DOA female. However within a few days one of the female guppies showed signs of Popeye (likely the one that was with the dead guppy). So I removed her from the tank and added some gentle anti bacterial and anti fungal treatments (herbal remedies from imagitarium) to the main tank. Fast forward a week later, and now another female died from the infection in my hospital tank, and 4 other females are quarantined with the same popeye. I’m extremely disappointed, and it was surprising when the guppies arrived as well, since I never received a confirmation email, a tracking number, or even a text. I had no clue they had even been shipped. The reason I gave 2 stars is since they were definitely large females as described (probably 2-2.5 inches long) and they were gorgeous, but a few looked extremely emaciated upon arrival as well, and those girls have since passed away. I just feel like the order wasn’t handled in the best way it could have been and I have no clue how to even process a refund or to get into contact with someone. Edit: I had to euthanize the rest of the females. All 10 are gone now, all from Popeye and columnaris. Even lost one of the otocinclus that was in there helping with algae from a bacterial infection that they must have gotten from the girls. This was devastating and I will never order these girls from the seller again. I just hope I can get the bacteria out of the tank so when I start again in this tank, no one else gets sick from the same thing.

Comment: WOW! All the good reviews yall read yall better believe them! Any negative comments they just need to shop at a petstore, get what they pay for! I've noticed a complaint on price/shipping, well everything is up and having a farm to take care of is not free! Nothing but a GREAT experience with The Guppy Farm! I was so excited to order and receive my fish! I've never order fish thru the internet before, so I was curious how this was going to work. I emailed The Guppy Farm and MS Sherry was very quick to respond and helpful! My guppies arrive thru 4 days of shipping from Texas all the way to NE Georgia. The packaging was great, no space for the bags to move around, no leaks, no problems! They are so spunky, vibrant, NOT one was dead, all very healthy and thriving in their new home! I'm actually going today to get them a bigger home. I also ordered 1 thing of Guppy Grass which is well worth the price for the amount that you will get. I highly recommend buying from them, so many varieties to pick from it was hard :) Thank yall again!!! Holly J.

Comment: This is a great person to buy from the products I received all showed up alive and healthy and the even sent a bonus gift witch I was not expecting the male guppies I received are absolutely beautiful and they are very polite and responsive when I lose the email they sent with the tracking # I messaged them and they quickly sent me another one so I could track my fish I will definitely order from them again

Comment: All the fish came in healthy and lively. Absolutely beautiful and very friendly. Any time I have my hand in the tank for maintenance or cleaning, I get boops. One of my “juvenile females” has actually become a very beautiful male. Can not recommend Tankful Guppy Farm enough! Will definitely be using them for any and all guppy purchasing needs in the future!

Comment: I’ve had horrible experiences with our local pet stores - very sickly and contaminating my tank or dead within a week. Decided to order online this time around. I ordered 5 snakeskin guppies (3 male/2 female) and received so many more! I placed my order days before our temperatures plummeted below freezing so there was a delay in shipping but only due to the weather. When I received my order, there were tiny babies already in the bag of females plus a bag of extra bonus babies… in total, I counted 21 fish received, all alive and well. My fish arrived about one month ago and not only have zero died since, they have thrived!! Maybe a bit too well.. I’m now at something between 30-40 guppies from this one order! They are reproductive machines! Lol ..Needless to say, I’ve just purchased a larger tank to accommodate and will be ordering more! Highly recommend this site!!

Comment: Where shall I start?! Well, let me just say I am not here to bad mouth anyone but having spent $48. on fish plus shipping, I AM HUGELY DISAPPOINTED with this entire experience!! I'm in Houston tx, while the order was shipped from Brownsville tx. I placed my order Nov 7, 2023 and didn't receive it until Nov. 21, 2023. I paid for a large box but order came in a medium box by the way. Shipping was to be 2-3 day priority, I heard excuses about outside temperature being to cold to uncover the pond to the post office lost my order. I mean the attitude and tone felt from the seller via email was piss poor pathetic. I wasn't even offered a discount on any next order at least. Refund was refused unless I had d.o.a. The items came but the seller had poor customer service skills. Just beware and gamble at your own risk when ordering from this seller. They'll NEVER get my money again !! *Rating 1/2 star

Seller Reply: You ordered on November 7th and the USPS was closed for the 11th for Veterans Day and closed on Sunday we do not ship fish as they won't move and you just paid the shipping not for a large box, Priority mail is stated 2-3 days Not my fault the USPS does not keep their word! We never said the USPS lost your order was just not tracking updated! You do not get a refund for the item not showing up on time and you received them alive! Need not be so nasty!!!!

Comment: The ordering process was pretty easy you just look through the fish and find the ones you like and order I liked it to ship is not that expensive considering the fish are guaranteed to be alive when you get them. order 9/16/2023 .9/21/2023 got in touch with Get Gills they said been sent out up date will come soon may be getting them today aas I did.. Was told I would have them in 3 days or less but got in 4 days. Got them and have one bag of some some of my guppies are dead. Each bag stays those 20 fish in it each and account at the most 13 per bag. Overnight there was a had a handful of fry to not make it. The ones that made it overnight They are doing so good today there eating and swimming all over really well.

Comment: First time ordering online. I chose the store based on reviews. I must say, I’m very impressed and surprised. Ordered Friday, holiday weekend- order was shipped to me following Tuesday - received on Thursday. I ordered females; Petsmart rarely sells females. The females are larger and lively. I fed them just a little just to see how they would react. I’m pleased to say , the girls are right at home in their new tank. No signs of stress at all. I will order again.

Comment: My son begged for guppies for his birthday, but we’ve had a very hard time finding healthy fish locally and even though the water/tank was perfect, we kept losing them and he was devastated. We finally found 4 small females in good shape and they’ve done great. When we were ready for more, I decided to order online and I’m SO glad I did. The fish sent by Tankful were healthy, thriving and absolutely beautiful. They shipped quickly and we’re packaged well. Not only that, but they sent some bonus fry and my son got to come home to a fish tank full of happy, gorgeous fish - adults AND babies.
