DOA policy: Once fish leave our hands we cannot guarantee shipping we can only offer what they offer us. WCCS is also not liable for lost or stolen packages.

DOA, if fish are dead on arrival WCCS will issue a 100% refund excluding shipping cost.

If fish arrive DOA it is the customer's responsibility to contact WCCS within 2hrs of delivery at westcoastcichlidsupply@gmail.com
