******Winter Weather Shipping Notice******

​Please note, Wyoming has long winters. During the colder season we may reach out if we feel the temperatures are too low to risk shipping. If your order is going to be delayed for more than a few days, you will be notified by email. Otherwise you will receive an email with a tracking number (The customer is responsible for watching the tracking number for delivery status of the package. Don't let it sit once delivered as it could cause fish death. The largest risk in shipment is the fish being left in a mailbox upon delivery or at your door unattended. You can sign up for notifications about your delivery via (USPS / informed delivery or UPS)).

Please be patient as we coordinate shipping with winter weather and country wide shipping delays.

When will my order ship?

We like to ship out on Monday or Tuesday only to avoid boxes being in transit over the weekend. Please contact us after placing an order for specific requests of color, size, etc. if available or shipping requests. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Expect weather delays if the temperature in Cheyenne, Wyoming or the delivery location is above 95 degrees F or below 20 degrees F.

​What about a live arrival guarantee?

In the rare event a DOA (Dead on Arrival) occurs upon arrival, please reach out to us via email TropicalTreasuresWyo@gmail.com with clear pictures of the DOA fish still in the sealed/unopened bag within 2 hours of the delivery time (this can be found on your tracking details). The insulated box does not protect them for long depending on the weather. Make sure you or someone is home to bring your new fish inside ASAP and begin acclimating them to their new home. Opening the bags prior to the above instructions and notifying the seller voids any possible refund or credit.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally and to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories. Thank you for understanding!
