Policy:

The Artful Guppy ships USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is $15 for a medium box and $20 for a large box. A heat or ice pack will be included when necessary at no extra cost. Overnight delivery can be arranged. Contact us via our email for a shipping quote to your zip code. We only ship within the continental United States.

We do offer a live guarantee on all of our fish, however, we require a photo of any deceased fish in the bag within two hours of receiving your order from us. Unfortunately, issues with shipping and delivery delays are out of our control, however, we will do our best to ensure that you receive healthy, active fish.
