The TX Fish Factory, LLC is a hobbyist owned business. Our mission is to provide hobbyists with access to high-quality, affordable fish and great customer service.

Fish are my obsession. I strive to breed the highest quality and hardiest fish possible. As a hobbyist myself, it's important to me that all of our fish arrive safely to their new home and meet, or better yet, exceed our customers' expectations.

Policy:

All orders will be mailed USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 day) on the Monday following the order date. IE Products ordered on Friday afternoon will be shipped the following Monday. Cut-off time for orders placed on Sunday, to be shipped the following day, is 12 P.M. CST.

Orders will be packed with a heat pack or cold pack, depending on local temperatures at both the destination and origin locations. In the unlikely event that an order is damaged in transit or the fish fail to arrive alive, please take a photo of the unopened fish bag or package, depending on the type of claim, and send the photo along with your order information to Timothy.Hollis@txfishfactory.com within 2 hours of delivery. Failure to submit the photo within the time-frame referenced previously will result in a claim review process and a decision will be made regarding the claim's legitimacy on a case-by-case basis. (I reserve the right to deny claims that fail to meet the time-frame listed above.) After receiving your claim information and verifying that the claim is legitimate, I will contact you within 24 hours and either A.) refund the cost of the order, or B.) make arrangements to send replacement livestock, shipping costs apply to replacement orders.

I reserve the right to delay orders if daytime temperatures fall outside a reasonable range. IE daytime highs at the origin or destination locations are above 100 degrees Fahrenheit or below 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Buyer will be notified via email of delayed orders within 24 of the order being placed. If your order is delayed, the order can be canceled at no cost of you. Or, I will send the order as soon as weather conditions are more favorable.
