Policy:

No alive arrival guarantee due to limited availability of stock! All fish will be shipped EXPEDITED!! In case of any losses, please contact us at strainsbysha@gmail.com for a 50% refund for the fish that are DEAD. Evidence is needed thus a photo of the dead fish in the unopen bag must be received within 1 hour of delivery for the partial refund. Strains by Sha is not responsible for late fish due to postal services error, however incase of such issue please contact us at strainsbysha@gmail.com
