Policy:

Shipments are on mondays and tuesdays to ensure a prompt delivery. Please take a video of you opening your package(s) once delivered to ensure no D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) if any live fish are D.O.A. & a video is taken and emailed of you opening your package for the first time i will GLADLY send you out another order of what you ordered if available if out of stock then i will refund your purchase.
