My goal is to provide quality tank bred and raised fish to the aquatic community.

Policy:

Shipping: All fish will be bagged in either breather bags or double bagged with 1/3 water, 2/3 pure oxygen and shipped in insulated shipping boxes. Heat packs will be added as temperatures require. All orders are shipped Monday mornings via UPS.

Live Arrival Guarantee: All livestock are covered by my Live Arrival Guarantee on UPS Next Day Air shipments only. Incase of DOA you'll receive a refund on the price of the fish only. This guarantee does not apply to shipping and handling charges. Digital picture of dead fish in original packaging within 1 hour of delivery on the day of arrival provides credit for refund.
