Shipping & D.O.A Policy

Most orders will fit in one box so we only charge you a $20 shipping flat rate. This will include a heat pack or cold pack if required. If your order is larger than I feel will comfortably fit into a box, we will contact you about additional options. We ship on Monday thrue Wednesday only. This ensures the fish will arrive before the weekend and limits the time they are out of my hands or yours. While the USPS has been very good with my shipments, things can happen.

​D.O.A policy is you MUST email me 2 or more

pictures of of the dead fish both inside the original bag and lined up outside the bag within an HOUR of receipt. As the seller, I am not responsible for any delay on the part of the carrier. I will replace the dead fish if replacement fish are available. If replacement fish are not available, you have the option of substitution with other fish that I have available. If a substitution is not preferred, I will CREDIT (Not Refund) you the cost of the fish. If replacement fish or substitute fish is shipped, you will have to cover the cost of shipping
