Randy's Fish is a small hobby breeder in Northeast Pennsylvania. I am enthusiastic about Betta Splendens and all live-bearing fish species (Esp, Guppies, and Swordtails).

I breed small batches yearly and offer fry for sale starting at three months.

MY RESPONSIBILITY

My responsibility is to prepare the fish for shipping properly, select visibly healthy stock, and pack the fish according to best practices before I send them to you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

As a responsible pet owner, you must provide your fish with an appropriate and stable environment. This includes obtaining knowledge about the needs of the fish you are purchasing and having a suitable environment ready for them before they arrive. I advocate for responsible pet care and strongly encourage you to educate yourself about the animals you intend to keep. I recommend researching the care needed for the type of fish you plan to get before purchasing. This will ensure that the fish will have a better quality of life, and you will get much more enjoyment out of them. Remember, you are responsible for providing your new pet with a safe and comfortable home.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

At Randy's Fish, we guarantee that our fish will arrive alive. However, if the fish remain in the shipping package after delivery, their health may be compromised. To ensure the well-being of the fish, we require customers to email us a clear picture of any deceased fish in the unopened bag within ONE HOUR of delivery. The picture must show the fish in the unopened bag to be considered valid. If we do not receive the required picture within one hour of delivery, we will assume that the fish was neglected. In such cases, all guarantees and refunds will be void. Email the picture to guarantee@randys-fish.com.

Please understand that once we send your fish, they are out of our direct care, and we cannot control the post. Therefore, we cannot guarantee when the fish will arrive, even though we do everything possible to get them to you promptly. However, we pack the fish carefully and guarantee live arrival, even if the fish are delayed in the post.

We will send the fish to the shipping address you provided at checkout. Please double-check the shipping address to ensure it is correct before paying for your order. Providing an incorrect or incomplete mailing address at checkout voids all guarantees and refunds.

SHIPPING

I ship only on Mondays within the continental US.

We provide a tracking number when the fish are shipped so you will know when they arrive and can take prompt care of their needs.
