Policy:

Most shrimp and fish will be sold as starter packs. These starter packs will be dependint on type of fish or shrimp and tier of product. Tier of product refers to total value of the order in question. For example $20-$30 tier Shrimp may come with the set amount of shrimp of that verity at that price, A small portion of moss, A random plant "Floating or Stem" and a small potion of sample food. A higher Tier $100 of the same verity may consisnt of the set amount of shrimp of that verity at that price, Larger portion of moss, Three random plants, Five malaysian trumpet snails and Two food samples. All products in the Pack that are not the main Fish or shrimp are to be concidered as Perk items. Perk Items if applicable will only be part of the total order not per item purchased.

It is the buyer's responsibility to have a minimum knowledge on how to care for the living Fish or Shrimp ordered. All responsibility and care of the fish or shrimp ordered transfers at the point buyer accepts delivery. It is recommended that the buyer has an adequate home for the fish or shrimp well in advance. A newly set up tank that has not had time to cycle is a death sentence for fish and shrimp. Please keep this in mind!

All orders will be shipped Saturday or Monday Priority 2 day. "It may take 3 days"

All orders are guaranteed live arrival if delivered no later than a day after the original scheduled date and time.

All orders will requre signature upon delivery. If the signature is waved the order will not be aplicable to any of the following.

DOA policy:

Proof of death: Please Email me 2 photos of the fish or shrimp still in the bag and 1 photo out of the bag transferred to a container. Clear or White bowl is best for the final photo. The E-mail needs to be sent within two hours of first delivery attempt!

All orders will be sent in excess of order: If the order is for a group of 25 fish or shrimp close to 30 fish or shrimp will be sent. As long as the total living fish or shrimp uppon delivery is at or above the order minimum No action will be taken to replace the deceased.

In the case of loss of single or final item in stock the order will be refunded minus half the cost of shipping.

In the case of a partial loss uppon delivery either the portion of fish, shrimp or plant will be replacesed at half cost of shipping or a partial refund of the order equal to the loss of fish, shrimp or plant will be issued.

In the case of a total loss uppon delivery a full replacement of the fish, shrimp or plant will be sent at half cost of shipping or full refund excluding half shipping cost.

Any order perk items such as Plants and Samples are not covered under the DOA therefore will not be replaced in any case.
