Policy:

we here at pelhams aquatics believe in healthy fish and happy customers! That being said, in the rare chance of a DOA = dead on arrival, is handled in a case by case basis, During extreme cold or heat, 32f or colder to 90f or hotter: READ: NO LIVE ARRIVAL GAURANTEE..

OUR POLICY:

1. One clear photo of DOA fish in the unopened bag sent within ONE hour of delivery.

2. Refund of DOA fish.. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED. AT ANY TIME.

4. All shipping is on Monday or Tuesday,providing it’s not a national holiday. Orders placed after 11:59pm on Friday night will be shipped the following week, unless arrangements have been made prior.
