Our goal is to provide you with quality livestock and outstanding customer service. All livestock for sale are bred and raised by PML Aquatics.

Policy:

>>Shipping

We ship Mondays and Tuesdays. We do not ship during major holiday seasons such as Christmas or during inclement weather. The payment deadline for an order is midnight the Friday before shipping, this gives us a couple of days to prepare the livestock for transit. During this preparation time we select the livestock for your order, observe the selected livestock to ensure they are suitable for shipment, and purge the livestock of waste. This preparation time is necessary in order to ensure the safety of the livestock during shipping.

Livestock is bagged in 3 or 4 mil bags with clean water and pure oxygen then packed in insulated boxes. Heat packs or cool packs are added at the seller’s discretion.

We provide you with a tracking number when your package is shipped. The tracking number will not register any information until the carrier has the box. Please wait at least 3-5 hours and check for tracking information again. If tracking has not updated by the end of the evening, please email us at phil@pmlaquatics.com.

We will send orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is correct before your order is paid. It is very important to provide your full address with correct spelling and zip code for delivery. Providing an incorrect or incomplete mailing address at checkout voids all guarantees and all refunds.

We reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely due to adverse weather conditions.

Sales within the continental 48 US states only; excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

International orders are not allowed.

Buyer is responsible for knowing local and state laws. Buyer is fully responsible for any and all penalties associated with prohibited species ordered and shipped to buyers address.

>>Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival on all on-time shipments.

Live arrival guarantee does not apply to shipments delayed by carrier, weather, or otherwise. If you miss the carrier’s first delivery attempt OR if the package is left outside then the live arrival guarantee is void. It is your responsibility to be available when the carrier attempts delivery.

If using the hold for pickup option packages must be picked up within 2 hours. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Any shipment routing changes on the part of the buyer will result in voiding our live arrival guarantee.

Shipping charges are not covered by our live arrival guarantee and are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Livestock determined to be dead on arrival may be refunded or replaced. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if the livestock is determined to be dead on arrival. For example, if you order six fish and one arrives dead you may be eligible for a partial refund. You must follow the steps to activate our live arrival guarantee for the one dead fish. We will review your submission and refund the amount of one fish.

PML Aquatics reserves the right to choose whether to refund or replace dead on arrival livestock.

Shipping charges for dead on arrival replacements is the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to different waters, tank conditions, and levels of knowledge/care, I do not guarantee beyond live arrival.

>>Activating Our Live Arrival Guarantee

We require three pictures of any deceased livestock in the unopened bag to be emailed to phil@pmlaquatics.com within one hour of delivery. The pictures must clearly show the livestock in the unopened bag. After an hour, we assume the livestock was neglected and are deceased as a result.

Failure to send the required pictures within one hour of delivery voids all guarantees.

Additional photos or video may be requested at the seller's discretion. Failure to provide additional photos, if requested, voids the live arrival guarantee.

Late photographs or those depicting livestock outside of the shipping bag are not acceptable documentation and will not result in replacement or refund.

Opening the shipping bag terminates the live arrival guarantee and indicates the livestock was in acceptable condition on arrival.

Images and videos of items for sale are used as examples only. Livestock shipped may not look identical to those pictured. We encourage you to research the species and familiarize yourself with the various appearances as much as possible prior to placing an order. Many species have females that look different to the male and many juveniles will not have as much color as adults.
