We fast the fish for at least 24-48 hours prior to shipping and include toxin absorbing pads in the shipping bags to prevent fish death, to see how we bag our fish for shipping review our YouTube video "How to Ship Live Fish – Safest Method”. So if you order fish on Tuesday - Saturday, your new fish will normally ship on Monday unless that day is a holiday. If you purchase fish on Sunday or Monday, we will normally ship your fish on Tuesday.

We have more than 13 years of experience keeping fish. Our goal as breeders is to bring amazing quality fish at a low price that all hobbyists can afford, and our prices do NOT reflect a lower quality. We feel that freshwater fish have amazing personalities that can be watched for hours, and we take absolutely amazing care of all the fish we breed.

Policy:

Excessive Heat and Cold: We do not ship fish when temperatures are above 100 degrees F. When temps are between 80 and 99, we ship our fish in insulation with ice packs. When temperatures are at or below 32 degrees F, we do not ship fish. Fish ordered when the temperature is between 33 and 50 degrees, will have the appropriate heat packs added.

Address: We send fish to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address at this time. Please make sure this address is correct before paying for your order.

Local Pickup: This is only available in the Columbus, OH area. If you are located here, please reach out to us using email before purchasing any fish to ensure we are able to meet at a designated location.

Live Arrival Guarantee: Any DOAs, excluding any extras sent, will be refunded minus the shipping cost, shipping is non-refundable, if you receive your package with a fish that didn't make it, please reach out to us within 1 hour of the first attempted delivery at noobaquaticsstore@gmail.com. We need to see a picture of the DOA inside the unopened bags. Only DOAs that are not part of the extras will count against the DOA guarantee. Example: if you order 5 and we send 6, but only 1 is DOA, no refund will be given for the dead fish.

It is the responsibility of the customer to have a cycled tank ready to go when the fish arrive. If you do not know what this means, please research this information before purchasing any fish. A clean stable environment is needed for any and all fish upon arrival, so understanding the needs of the fish should be done before making any fish purchases.
