We ship on Monday or Tuesday and sometime Saturday. USPS Priority shipping takes 2-3 days in well insulated box. Live arrival guaranteed! In the case of DOA, send two clear photos of the dead fish in the original unopened packaging within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt. DOA only applies to fish purchased, not extras. Credit or refund will be given per dead fish. If there is a total loss, a refund of the cost of the purchase price will be issued. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is liable for any re-shipping costs for a replacement. Shipped within the continental 48 US states only.
