I specialize in breeding genetically pure, and rare (often critically endangered) rainbow fish species, hillstream loaches and high end plecos. All the fish have been bred in my breeding facility and not imported (unless otherwise specified). Policy:
My responsibility:
I select visibly healthy stock and fast the fish for 24-48 hours before I ship.
Your responsibility:
Educate yourself about the fish you intend to keep. Prepare the environment (an appropriately sized tank) and get a variety of live, frozen and dried foods before the fish arrive. Please contact me and I am happy to tell you what the fish need to thrive in your care.
Live arrival guarantee:
I only ship fish by USPS express and will provide live arrival guarantee. You are required to receive the fish within one hour of arrival of the package. If the fish sit outside on a sunny or snowy porch, their health may suffer. If the fish arrive dead, you must send a pic clearly showing the dead fish in the unopened bag. Failure to do so will void all guarantees and refunds. Delivery time is not in my power and will not be guaranteed. I cannot be responsible if the USPS delays the delivery. Refund is given only on fish (or fish will be replaced) (not the shipping costs). I am not responsible for any delayed shipping, nor will I file the paperwork to reimburse the shipping costs.

Once you have placed the order, I will contact you with the exact shipping costs.
The fish will be shipped the following Monday/Tuesday. Shipping USPS Express estimate is $50 for most locations. These are estimates only, the exact shipping costs depend on the number and size of the fish and your zip code. I will combine fish from other auctions in one package to save you costs on shipping.

- Comment: I was looking for something different and unique to add to my Rainbow group, a species not typically seen at my local fish stores. Best decision ever! I ordered a group of 8 and received an additional 2 (a delightful surprise!). All fish arrived safe, healthy and showing spectacular color and behavior days after settling in. Fish were well packaged and seller provided shipping information and good communication even asking that I let seller know how the fish arrived. For me, this was a good indication that seller really cares about not only the happiness of the customer but overall the fish as well. A great sign of a dedicated breeder! Will definitely be ordering from this seller in the future and I highly recommend this store.
