Live Arrival Guaranteed: In case of DoA (Dead on Arrival), contact us and send clear pictures of the fish in unopened shipping bag within 2 Hours of Delivery. We will issue refund or ship replacement. If DoA, we will reimburse the cost of the fish. Buyer must pay shipping costs to have a replacement sent. We ship with Cold/Heat Packs as necessary depending on the elements.

Tracking: You will receive your tracking number, please make necessary arrangements to receive package and DO NOT leave package in the elements. Advise your postal service to leave package at post office if you cannot receive it on time. We cannot be held responsible for packages being left in the elements.

Shipping: We ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays following the week the order is placed to ensure live arrival during the week. The cut off to have your order shipped on the following Monday is Saturday 11:59PM.
