I have been a fish keeping hobbyist for over three decades. I have a small fish room in the basement of my home. I keep and breed freshwater fish for the love of it. All my fish are home bred and raised. I practice significant culling and keep and sell only the nicest fish. I promise to sell only healthy fish that were bred and raised in my basement. I do not sell imports or newly acquired fish. This is, and will always be, just a hobby for me and not a business.

Policy:

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

If there is a loss during shipping, Lumpydog Aquatics will replace the deceased livestock for free but the buyer will have to pay for shipping of the replacement livestock. Replacement policy does not apply to extra (free) livestock shipped to buyer. To take advantage of the replacement policy the buyer must email a photo of the lost fish in the original shipping bag within 2 hours of arrival.

I will make every reasonable effort to correct any issues the buyer may have with the received livestock.

OTHER POLICIES

Lumpydog Aquatics reserves the right to delay shipments due to extreme weather conditions and/or any unusual shipping conditions. The health of the livestock is the most important factor to me.

Shipping is restricted to the U.S. only.

Please quarantine all new livestock received from Lumpydog Aquatics. Quarantine is absolutely the best method to protect the new livestock and any other livestock you already keep from disease, illness and parasites. Lumpydog Aquatics will not accept responsibility for any future issues, complications or deaths resulting from a failure to quarantine new livestock.
