We only ship on Monday and/or Tuesday each week. Fish will not be fed for two days prior to shipping. Tracking number will be provided to you by email.

Fish will be in polyethylene bags and shipped in an insulated box. Heat packs will be included at no additional charge if needed.

Live Arrival Guarantee

In the unlikely event that a DOA (dead on arrival) occurs, buyer MUST send clear photos of the dead fish 1) in the unopened bag and 2) outside of the bag within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. Upon receiving both photos within the required time frame, a refund or credit of the purchase price for the dead fish, excluding shipping costs, will be issued to the buyer.
