SHIPPING:

WE WILL BE SENDING FISH TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT, SO PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PAID FOR.

All fish orders will be sent UPS Next Day Air and sent out Monday-Wednesday. All plant and dry good orders can be sent either UPS Next Day Air or UPS 3-Day Mail and can be shipped any day of the week.

We will contact via email you after purchase with an estimated shipping date. Please let us know if this date needs changed. A tracking number will be provided when the fish ship so you will know when they will arrive.

We currently only ship within the continental 48 U.S. states. We also reserve the right to hold a shipment if the temperatures are below 20 degrees at either the sending address or arrival address.

LIVE ARRIVAL:

All fish from King Aquatics are guaranteed to arrive ALIVE. Depending on availability we will either replace or refund for any DOA. Unfortunately, shipping charges are NOT included. Shipping charges for replacement fish must be paid for by the customer.

Our live arrival guarantee only extends to the first delivery attempt. We require TWO photographs of the deceased fish in their unopened bag within TWO hours of the first delivery attempt. Please send photos to King_Aquatics@outlook.com with the subject line "DOA Order# XXXX"

Providing King Aquatics with an incorrect address OR a second delivery attempt OR failure to contact us within the TWO hour timeframe WILL VOID OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

It is your responsibility to educate yourself on the fish you purchase and to have an appropriate environment set up before the fish arrive. The single most important thing a person can do in order to be a responsible fish owner is to educate themselves about the animals they intend to keep.

It is also your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. An incorrect address VOIDS all guarantees or refunds.

It is our responsibility to select healthy stock to the best of our knowledge, and to properly prepare the fish for shipping.
