Policy:

I recommend you open the box as soon as delivered and float the bag in your aquarium for 20 – 30 minutes to get it up to temperature, before opening the bag and plop and drop –Finally, in the rare event of a problem, contact us as quickly as possible. Our Policy requires photos or video of the fish in the unopened bag. This allows us to work out where the problem is and make sure it is not repeated.
