In the unfortunate event of a DOA, please send us a clear photo of the DOA fish still in the bag within 1 hour of USPS showing the package has been delivered. The price of fish will be refunded or new fish can be resent however the shipping cost of the new fish will be applied.

Due to different water conditions, tank conditions, and levels of knowledge/care I do not guarantee beyond live arrival.

Items will be shipped the Monday or Tuesday after ordering.

In case of severe weather, shipping may be delayed, we want it to get there alive.

The posted shipping rates on live animals will be updated periodically due to extra measures needed in the summer heat or winter cold. Fall and spring shipping is the lowest price and safest.
