I usually ship exclusively by UPS. Either 2nd or 3Rd day.

Some live creatures may need overnight.

DOA, you will get a tracking number once I ship. Any issue needs pictures in the bag and out of the bag within ONE hour of delivery. At my discretion and stock availability, there will be a refund or offered replacements. Shipping is not refundable ever. If you choose replacements, you pay the shipping again....
