Policy:

I mainly ship on Monday and Tuesday except on holidays. Fish are guarantee only for next day/overnight shipment. In rare cases where fish DOA clear pictures of fish still in original bag must be sent within 2 hours of delivery time. Replacement, refund or partial refund will be issue as needed (excluding shipping fee).
