DOA and Refunds
CUSTOMER CARE
We try to answer all our emails within 24 hours of receiving them. All of our shipping occurs on Monday and Tuesday to ensure nothing slows down the shipping process and causes a DOA.
We try to ensure that every order arrives happy and healthy. In the event that a DOA does occure we need you to follow these instructions in order to receive a refund.
1. Make sure you bring our package inside your place of residence within 30 minutes of delivery.
2.Film yourself opening the package to prove DOA was caused during shipping.
3. If any of the two instructions were not followed we will not issue a refund.
4. If 1 and 2 were followed correctly and a DOA does occur. We can either send a replacement batch or refund the DOA
