The dead fish must stay in orginal sealed plastic bag only. Seller is not responsiblity if the bag is opend. Buyer can request a refund on the dead fish only and no replacment fish. Please send a clear images of the DOA fish while the plastic bag has not opened to me. If you can Not provide those conditions we will NOT refund.
