Shipping:

Shipping is done on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Bad weather and holidays may delay orders. In some cases we may suggest picking your order up directly at the post office to avoid sitting in a hot or cold truck throughout the day.

Live Arrival / DOA Guarantee

If an order happens to be DOA please send TWO pictures showing the fish you ordered in the unopened, original packaging within 2 hours of the delivery. The live arrival guarantee is void once you open the bag. After reviewing the pictures and info we will then refund the order minus the cost of shipping.
