Description:

Small-scale breeder of premium-quality aquatic pets.

All pets are acclimated to local water from the tap.

I do not sell imported fish.

Fish are raised on a natural, healthy diet of baby brine, feeder fry, spirulina, daphnia, carrots, spinach, insect larvae, and vinegar eels.

Utilizing line-breeding, limiting back-breeding, and exposing fry to natural selection via "Limited Predator Presence", I do all we can to ensure all your fish are of peak health and genetic quality.

Policy:

I only sell social groupings, and will not fulfill custom order requests. This is for the health and well-being of your fish.

All fish are shipped on the first business day of the next week after your order is placed (Monday or Tuesday).

Your pet fish will be packed inside an 8 x 8 x 8 inch double-walled box. I add a layer of thermal insulation inside, then a heating pack dependent on the season. Additional styrofoam packing is waterproof and can be reused as soil drainage for plants.

I use Breather Bags, which allow oxygen transfer and reduce jostling to your fish during transit.

Friday is the cutoff for the next week's pet deliveries. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business week.

You will be notified via email when your order has been processed, and again when it is shipped.

All pets are shipped UPS Next Day Air Saver, which means they should arrive in the evening (3 p.m. or later) the day after being shipped.

All pets require a responsible party to be present at the estimated time of delivery.

In the unlikely event of a DOA, we require a photo of the DOA inside the sealed, unopened breather bag within one hour of delivery.

I will credit your account 200% the value of the DOA (applied in appropriate value) as an apology to you. This credit can be applied to any future transaction.

I do not accept orders from December 1st through February 28th to avoid seasonal shipping conditions that might harm your fish.
