Policy:

Any live Aquaria has a two-hour arrival guarantee. I cannot be responsible for your water or the time they were left out in the cold/heat on your porch. any deaths must be shown in bags. I will work with you in case of Post Office delays the best I can! I rarely lose a shipment.

All dry goods are as is, no returns excepted. Your fish may or may not like the product, but 99% do and will adjust. Again, contact me with issues and we may be able to work something out.
