Guaranteed live arrival. I pack with pure oxygen in a double bag in a climate controlled box. You must be present to receive fish for the guarantee to be in effect. I make no money at all on shipping and the shipping charge covers the cost of the box, bag, heat or cold pack, and oxygen. In the unlikely event that the fish is DOA you must immediately send photos of the dead fish in the original shipping bag, within an hour of the first delivery attempt, and I will replace the fish. Guarantee does NOT cover shipping. We ship all orders on Monday or Tuesday . Arrival time would be whatever time you get your mail. The delivery company or mailman might leave them at the door so keep on the lookout! If you need your product to arrive on a different day, please let us know and we will try to accommodate but can not promise it. It usually takes an extra day to get to Alaska or Hawaii but we have done this many times with no losses.

IMPORTANT: We have no control over the US Post Office. Express usually gets there in one day but the post office will not guarantee this and sometimes it takes 2 days. Priority Usually gets there in 2 days but sometimes 3 days. We have no control over that, nor do we know how many days it will take. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or www.usps.com and find out this information before you place your order.
