Policy:

DoA: Refunds for live creatures are available if dead on arrival if the buyer produces a video of the dead creature within two hours of delivery. Specific DoA information available for each species is provided in each shipment.

Although I pack my shipments extremely well in insulated boxes with lots of cushioning and heat packs when needed, I do not provide DoA refunds on shipments where the buyer's local temperature drops below 50 F. My fish, snails, and cultures are tropical in nature and do not handle extremely cold temperatures well.

I do not provide refunds for shipping, only DoA creatures.
