We will give you a refund for each fish you have lost during the transit. If you provide a picture of the fish dead inside the original breather bag. Within 2 hours in receiving the fish.

How DOA Policy will not work:

We will not provide any refund if you opened the bag and send us a picture or you took the fish out the bag.

Shipping

We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

We will not ship any fish if the temperature is too cold or too hot Lower than 40 Fahrenheit or higher than 95 Fahrenheit.
