All Tracking info is updated And Posted on my store site . Sorry but due to sometime heavy volume of order I can not send Personal email to customs with tracking info.

We Offer two types of shipping

1 - USPS Priority which any where from 1 to 3 Days is guarantee live arrival .

2 - USPS Priority Express which is next day delivery . This is Guaranty live arrival by Cichlids and More

3 - We require a picture of any deceased fish in the unopened bag be emailed to us at Rossthefinderoffish@gmail.com within one hour of delivery. The pic must clearly show the fish in the unopened bag. After an hour, we assume the fish were neglected on a sunny or snowy porch and are deceased as a result. Failure to send the required picture within one hour of delivery voids all guarantees and refunds.

4 - It is up to the customer to make sure the address sent to us for the purpose of shipping out your order is correct.

5 - We are not responsible for fish capability this is up to the customer do their research on what fish will for there aquarium .

6 - All fish are quarantined before ship out to are customer .

7 - Due to the nature of the product. We don't guarantee our plants will be pests free. ( snails, algae, hitchhikers )

8 - When looking at the shipping cost and when it says 1,6,8 item that means that in the different size boxes how many bags we can fit in each Box . Most fish we only put 1 fish per bag it better for the fish . But in some case's like shrimp , Guppy's we can put multiple fish per bag .
