Policy:

- Dead on Arrival Claims (DOA) must be reported within 2 hours of recorded first delivery time.

- Customer must send a clear picture of the DOA fish in the UNOPENED shipping bag.

- Additional pictures may be requested, so do not discard the item until the claim is resolved.

- If the claim is accepted, Horseshoe Aquatics will issue a full refund on fish and shipping. If a replacement fish is available, the DOA item may be replaced instead of refunded upon buyer's request.
