• Comment: My order shipped out on 12/4 and I didn’t receive my shipment until 12/10 even though I paid for expedited 2day shipping. The fish arrived appear to be in good health with no issues but were very cold upon arrival. The packaging did not have a live fish label on it so I would assume that is what might have caused the delay of shipping.

• Comment: The plants were OK. as with the previous order. The gups I got were a total disappointment. Been breeding high end gups for decades. The half DOA was worst ever (I did get a refund for those). 3/4 of the survivors were NOT what I ordered, (Midnight Blues instead of Blue Moscows), and we couldn't come to an equitable solution. I took a gamble and learned a lesson. If you want high quality gups, plan on paying full price! I won't be buying anymore Bishop Gups, or any other of the "Discount Guppy Mills).

• Comment: I would have liked a notification when the order shipped as well as a tracking number. This would make it easier to make sure the live fish don’t sit on the porch as deliverers seldom even ring the doorbell anymore. I have no idea when to expect them I got a notification shortly after Fish arrived on time and in good health
