High Country Aquatics provides a live arrival garantee with full refund on fish shipped by exspress shipping only. High Country Aquatics will ship priority mail but if the fish don't arrive within the three day period isn't responsible for any Dead On Arrival. If the fish are shipped priority mail and arrive within the three day period Dead On Arrival a half refund will be given for the fish only not for the shipping fee. A clear photo of the dead fish must be taken within two hours of arrival and sent to me via my email adress.
