We breed, grow and sell high quality livebearers, killifish, plecos, neocaridinia and plants. We strive for high quality with minimum culling.

Policy:

I will do my best to properly prepare the fish for shipping, select healthy fish, and pack the fish using best practices before I send them to my customers.

I ask that you have an appropriate, cycled tank ready for the fish and to transfer the fish from the shipping package to that tank promptly after acclimation. Please obtain the proper knowledge of the needs of the fish being purchased. If you do, the fish will have a better quality of life and you will get much more enjoyment out of them.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

While BamAquatics ALWAYS guarantees our fish will arrive alive, if the fish are left in the shipping package for any length of time after delivery, their health may suffer. To prevent this, we require a picture of any DOA fish in the unopened bag be emailed to us at bamaquaticsfish@gmail.com within one hour of delivery. The pic must clearly show the fish in the unopened bag. We will always work to make sure you are happy with your experience purchasing from BamAquatics, but failure to send the required picture within one hour of delivery voids all guarantees and refunds may not always be issued in such cases.

Providing us with an incorrect or incomplete mailing address at checkout voids all guarantees and all refunds. WE WILL SHIP THESE FISH TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT, SO PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT!!!

In a case where a customer provide us with the correct shipping address, AND a deceased fish is delivered to the customer, AND you email a digital picture clearly showing the deceased fish in its sealed, unopened bag to bamaquaticsfish@gmail.com within an hour of delivery of the fish to the customer;

THEN

BamAquatics will gladly reship or refund any losses. We reserve the right to choose whether to reship or refund.

Our goal is to make sure you get happy healthy fish that you can enjoy for years to come. We will always do our best to ensure your experience with BamAquatics is a pleasant one.

SHIPPING

WE SHIP ON SATURDAY OR MONDAY unless Monday is a holiday, in which case we ship on TUESDAY. We ship only at our discretion December 10-28 because the weather is cold and mail is often delayed. There are other times shipping will be required to be NEXT DAY due to extreme temperature conditions. We ask that payment be made by midnight the Thursday before shipping, as this gives us a couple of days to prepare the fish for transit. This preparation time is non-negotiable as it is necessary in order to ensure the safety of our fish during shipping.

We value our high shipping success rate and take great pride in our shipping methods. Our goal is to provide you and your fish with the best and stress free experience. We will provide you with a tracking number when the fish are shipped so you will know when they will arrive and can make arrangements for their care.

Once again, WE WILL BE SENDING FISH TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT, SO PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT.
