SHIPPING:

We ship Mondays! Contact us if you do not wish to receive your fish on a particular day.

If you would like to purchase other fish, contact us for combined shipping first and we will determine the best route.

USPS Priority: If you live in Zones 1-4 (see my map) is acceptable.

UPS 2nd Day: If you live anywhere in the US that's above freezing temperatures in the day time.

UPS Next Day: If you live anywhere that is below freezing temperatures in the day time.

We can ship 2-3 fish per bag and 6 bags per box. Bundles are available.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:

Our shipping methods are tried and true. We will not let you down. In the rare event that we do, we will make it right. We ask that you immediately set aside bags that contain dead or dying fish. Then get a single unedited video that shows each bag being picked up and held in front of the camera to prove the fish is either dead or not able to swim normal. Please attempt to save any of the ones you can after; we will make you whole regardless. To be clear this does not apply to extras; if we send 2 extra fish and there are 2 DOAs, then you do not need to send proof but we still ask that you send us a message and tell us about it.
