Live arrival guaranteed on overnight (1-2 day) shipping only. Fish that arrive DOA with overnight shipping must be photographed in unopened bag and sent to seller within 2 hours of receipt of DOA fish. Refund for DOA will cover cost of fish only, not shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer to properly acclimate and quarantine fish purchased . Seller is not responsible for any illness or death related to purchased fish once in the possession of the buyer. Seller is not responsible for any shipping mishaps or loss of package(s) once seller has formally shipped fish.
