Shipping policy:

• Overnight or cargo shipping only or local pick up

based on zip code;

• Fish are bagged in oxygen;

• Fish are purged for 2 days before shipment to ensure

no ammonia spike during shipping;

• We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday;

• Fish must be received by buyer within 2 hours of

carriers 1st delivery attempt,

• In unlikely even of a DOA a digital picture of a fish in

the unopened bag is required

• And the value of the fish is refunded or replaced

(customers choice) but shipping charges since we

can't control what the carrier does.
