In the unfortunate event of a DOA, please send us a clear photo of the DOA fish still in the bag within 1 hour of USPS showing the package has been delivered.

Due to different water conditions, tank conditions, and levels of knowledge/care, I do not guarantee beyond live arrival.

Shipping fees include packaging fees.

We will not ship if it is colder than 50 degrees with priority mail. We will ship when it is colder than 50 degrees if you request overnight shipping. (Additional fees will apply). We ship on Mondays.

  • Comment: They arrived lively and in superb condition. I asked about his breeding practices and how he maintains his breeding stock. Everything checks out that they are doing a good job as a responsible breeder. Their breeding stock is genetically diverse because they are sourced from multiple sources. No deformities are seen in the breeding stock and the fish sent to me. Thanks for the bonus cory, my group of 5 that I ordered is now a group of 6.

  • Comment: I purchased 6 Neolamprologus Multifasciatus. Box came with 6, plus 1 fry and 2 shells, with no DOA. Package was shipped in USPS PRIORITY MAIL. It arrive in 2 days. FL to CA. Seller is very responsive via EMAIL. I will definitely buy again from seller.

  • Comment: Overall it was a good experience. All 6 multis arrived alive and so far are doing fine. If you are new to the hobby or its your first time keeping shell dwellers just know that you will need to pick up more shells. The description says "shells included". I received (2) shells total for 6 fish. Luckily i had dozens of shells already in the tank for them. To me advertising shells included while true is a gimmick, and also makes visually examining the fish when they first arrive impossible as the shell was in the bag with the fish. That being said thats just my opinion and overall i am satisfied with my purchase.

Seller Reply: Where in the description did we say 1 shell per fish? We did not. Shells were included in your order. We will discontinue providing 2 shells per order because of people like you. You basically got the fish for 1/2 the going rate and still found something to complain about Karen.
