Policy:
Buyer assumes all shipping costs. DOA policy- refund will be provided for any fish that arrives dead if a clear photo of the fish in bag shipped is provided within 2 hours after delivery. Shipping will not be refunded. Shipping of fish and shrimp will be on Monday/Tuesday of each week and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

- Comment: Seller was quick to answer my questions and due to a USPS holiday let me know that the shipment would not be sent out until the following week. I was concerned as the stupid USPS took 5 days to deliver a priority box, but was relieved to see that all the fish had survived, and now 4 hours later seem to be doing just fine! In fact there were two tiny fry in the bag as well that survived the 5 day trip! Seller even added a few extra fish due to the extra wait due to the USPS holiday causing the delay in shipping. Unfortunately, one of the little fellows didn’t make it, but the DOA process was simple and Andrew took care of getting a replacement Endler for me. Beautiful fish and great customer service. Highly recommend!

- Comment: Ordered two strains of shrimp and two strains of Endlers. Animals were packed well and arrived in good condition. The Endlers had amazing color even before i got them out of the bags.
