Policy:
Buyer assumes all shipping costs. DOA policy- refund will be provided for any fish that arrives dead if a clear photo of the fish in bag shipped is provided within 2 hours after delivery. Shipping will not be refunded. Shipping of fish and shrimp will be on Monday/Tuesday of each week and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Unfortunately, one of the little fellows didn’t make it, but the DOA process was simple and Andrew took care of getting a replacement Endler for me. Beautiful fish and great customer service. - Comment: Ordered two strains of shrimp and two strains of Endlers. Animals were packed well and arrived in good condition. The Endlers had amazing color even before i got them out of the bags.
