Acclimation:

do not float place fish in tank immediately. If you float fish will suffocate.
Regular bag method:
method for acclimation is to place the unopened bag of fish in your aquarium for about 20 minutes to allow the temps to to rise to your tanks temp. Next, get a clean fish net ready. Place it over a bucket. Dump the contents of the bag into the net. Throw old shipping water out and do not place in tank,Then, place the fish into your aquarium.
Shipping:
I ship on Monday of every week. If you order on Monday, your order might not ship until the following Monday if I have already started processing orders. Fish are fasted for at least 24 hours before being shipped to minimize waste. They will also be shipped with polyfilter. Shipping will only be to the contiguous 48 states.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy:
In the event that fish arrives dead, pictures must be taken showing the deceased fish still in bag and sent through email or eBay messaging within 2 hours of delivery.
Cost of fish will be refunded, shipping charge is not refundable
